The Modern Mart: Comprehensive Return and Refund Policy

At The Modern Mart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

· Items must be returned within 7 days  of the delivery date.

· Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

· Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Personalized or custom-made items

Perishable goods

 

3. Return Process

 

1. Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Support at support@themodernmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

2. Receive Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

 

3. Ship the Item:
Securely package the item and include the RAN. Ship to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

 

 

5. Exchanges

· We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

· If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@themodernmart.com with details and photos of the issue.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

· If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@themodernmart.com.

7. Special Circumstances

 

· Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale unless defective.

 

· Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
